No Refund Policy
- All payments made for subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and add-ons are final and non-refundable.
- We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused time or early cancellations.
- This applies to all billing cycles (monthly, yearly, or custom plans).
- The only exceptions are cases where a refund is required by law, such as statutory cooling-off periods or faulty service delivery.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Example: If you are billed on the 1st of each month and cancel on the 15th, your subscription will remain active until the end of the month, and you will not be billed again.
- We do not offer retroactive cancellations, and you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan (if available) or lose access to premium features.
Free Trials & Promotions
- Free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, you will be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions follow the same no-refund policy.
Failed Payments & Renewals
- If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it.
- If payment is not successful after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment is completed.
- Reactivating a canceled or expired subscription will start a new billing cycle, and charges will apply immediately.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account while the dispute is being reviewed.
- Deny future access to our services if the dispute is resolved in our favor.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
- Through your account settings: Log in → Go to Subscriptions → Select Cancel.
- Contact support: Email us at support@[tempmail].pw with your registered account details.
